Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so here's some information about our refund policy.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return the product within a certain timeframe, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned within a certain timeframe, typically within 14 days of receipt of the product.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping or handling costs associated with the return.
  • Customized products, such as aluminum profiles that are cut to length, cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@departedreality.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and any other relevant instructions.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding any shipping or handling costs) within a certain timeframe, typically within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • The product was not purchased directly from our online store.
  • The product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging.
  • The return does not meet the above conditions.

If we refuse a return or refund, we will provide a reason for our decision and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We may request photos of the damage in order to process a refund or replacement.
